About Tom
Tom is skilled in analyzing complex issues and synthesizing compelling advocacy. He has brought those skills to bear successfully in substantive pre-trial proceedings, trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including insolvency and recovery, fraud, including Land Titles fraud on behalf of title insurers, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and professional negligence matters.

Tom is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates Society. He was a past committee member on issues of Court Reform in Ontario where he participated in the development of the Ontario Civil Case Management Rules.
